Reporting a Concern
Salient employees, suppliers, agents, contractors, distributors, representatives and our customers have a duty to report any act of non-compliance, unethical behavior, or any of the following:-
Violations of applicable laws and regulations and AdvaMed’s Code of Ethics;

Violations to Salient’s Code of Conduct;

Violations of Salient’s Policies and Procedures;

Concerns about Salient’s accounting, internal accounting control or auditing related matters; and,
-
Other general compliance concerns.
The purpose of the reporting process is to encourage employees to report any suspected malpractice or misconduct, but most importantly, to provide protection for employees who report any suspected malpractice or misconduct.
Salient has a compliance and ethics hotline in place for confidential reporting purposes. Any reports received are responded to as a serious matter. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hotline messages may be left anonymously via phone, email or via letter to Salient’s Head Office. Salient prohibits retaliation against any individual who makes a report of a suspected compliance issue.
