When it comes to treating orthopaedic trauma patients, every second counts. The Aquamantys^® System uses patented Transcollation^® technology – a combination of RF (radiofrequency) energy and saline – to stop bleeding and reduce blood loss during surgery. Studies have shown that Transcollation technology provides rapid haemostasis at the operative site.^1-3

Surgical technique is important to achieve optimal results with Transcollation technology. Studies have shown the Aquamantys System may provide the following clinical benefits:
