Transcollation® technology simultaneously delivers RF (radiofrequency) energy and saline for haemostatic sealing of soft tissue and bone at the surgical site.  Use of the DS3.5-C for liver resection has been shown to result in lower blood loss and a lower rate of blood transfusion.1-2
  • The DS3.5-C features a cone shaped electrode designed to facilitate blunt dissection and haemostatic sealing of tissue in solid organ resection procedures.
